They kicked off their campaign with a 2-1 win over Clube Deportivo Defensa y Justicia, followed by a tight 1-0 victory over Chennaiyin FC, and finished the group stage with an emphatic 6-0 win against Churchill Brothers FC. In the semi-finals, Odisha FC showcased their strength in a thrilling match against Brisbane Roar FC, with Hugo Boumous netting a brilliant brace to secure their spot in the final.
Odisha FC now returns to Bhubaneswar, riding high in anticipation of the ISL 2024-25 season. They will face Chennaiyin FC in their first home game on September 14, 2024, at Kalinga Stadium.
